FAQ

  • What is an Allergy Alert Test and do I have to have one?
An Allergy Alert Test checks to see if you are allergic to the ingredients in the products we use to colour hair. We ask all of our clients to have one and won’t colour their hair without one.
  • How soon after a colour skin test can I have my colour service done?
We would only be able to do a colour service forty eight hours after the skin test, provided there is no reaction.
  • What makes professional products better?
Professional products contain more highly concentrated and higher-grade ingredients. This makes them last longer as you need a much smaller amount than non-professional products, and the quality of hair they produce is far superior to their cheaper counterparts.
  • How do you price your services?
We have a tiered price system where you pay for the level of Stylist that you see. A Stylist’s level is determined by their experience, skill and popularity.
  • How far in advance do I have to book?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours if needed. You can book here.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
We request a minimum of 24 hours / 1 days notice for cancellations in order to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list.
  • What if I don’t like my hair?
If you are unhappy with your hair, please let your stylist or a member of our team know as soon as possible. We will do everything that we possibly can to remedy anything that you don’t like about your hair, until you are happy with the result.
